Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days after delivery to return the product(s).
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected]. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.
Refunds and Exchanges
After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item(s) and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item(s) returned or issue a credit to the original method of payment used to pay for the item(s).

However, we will share your name and email address with our shipping partners to ensure details on the delivery of your order can be provided to you. When Will My Order Ship?
All orders ship once payment has cleared. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped from the carrier.
Damage From Shipping
If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you email [email protected] within in 3 days of delivery so We may work with you to resolve the issue.
We provide a 1-year limited warranty from date of purchase. We guarantee you will receive your
RideEasy Line free of manufacturing defects. We have 100% AQL inspection levels to ensure quality.
